Reply:the same thing happened to my bother in preschool and he cryed and cryed and cryed and it went away in about a week! He will be fine and good judgement on the liqid food but dont give him any hot liquids!

The vet would probably just use drugs to put my dog to sleep for a short time, which are bad for Greyhounds. Also, how often should her teeth be cleaned? My Greyhound has bleeding gums and wont let me brush her teeth. Suggestions? Reply:it may have a gum desease you may want to get that checked out or something call in to a doctor for animals and they may tell you to bring in the dog but its worth the try!

Friday, May 21, 2010. Lately I've had a pretty bad canker sore in the upper right, that was then followed by gum bleeding on the same side of the mouth. The gums are swollen and hurt when I try to brush them. I've been trying my best to brush them anyways but there is a lot of blood forming on my toothbrush and its very painful. I didn't have any swelling afterwards,(which differs with everyone) and all I did when I got home after the novacaine wore off was take over the counter Tylenol, and apply ice to my face for preventive measure in anticipation of any swelling. In Japan, the health insurance covers 70% of medical expenses at any hospital. Even for a dentist too. Not covered for pregnancy and deliverance though. Anyway, it depends on where you live but some locoal governments pay for the rest (30%) for kids up to age of 12,. Which means you don't have to pay anything for kids' medical expenses.
