Alpaca Rose: Twisted Saturday
http://alpacarose.blogspot.com/2008/09/twisted-saturday.html
My journey moving to the country to start a herd of alpacas and my love of Knitting, Gardening, Quilting and all kinds of crafty adventures. September 15, 2008. After getting up Chris noticed the shoes I was wearing and told me to immediately throw those pieces of trash away. He was right, I knew it was time to let them go. Of course I took some photos of them before tossing them in the trash. It felt weird. We went inside Chris called the repair place and eventually they came and towed his jeep away to ...

The biggest news lately is I hit my 20 weeks pregnant and the halfway point. We had the gender ultrasound and the baby is a girl. I was so hoping for a girl, and am so happy that is what we are having. I made a batch of brownies and topped them off with lovely pink frosting to celebrate our news. The movie opens Thanksgiving weekend. It has be...

We arrived in Puerto Vallarta early Saturday afternoon. We checked into the Dreams Resort. We grabbed lunch at one of the hotel cafe's while we waited for the room to be ready. Here is the drink I ordered to...

My journey moving to the country to start a herd of alpacas and my love of Knitting, Gardening, Quilting and all kinds of crafty adventures. May 31, 2006. Weekend in Southern Oregon. We stayed at the Weasku Inn on the Rouge River in Grants Pass, Oregon. The weather was cold, and rainy. It surprised me the weather was so bad because normally southern Oregon is much sunnier than the Northern part of the state. The Inn was very nice and cozy. We checked out Llamas and Lambs Boutique. I did come across this ...

He will also be building our barn and putting up some fencing. The best part is he started this week. In the mean time we are getting set up for their arrival. Real easy so far.

http://alpacarose.blogspot.com/2006_06_01_archive.html
My journey moving to the country to start a herd of alpacas and my love of Knitting, Gardening, Quilting and all kinds of crafty adventures. June 28, 2006. Already started home projects. We moved in last Friday. What an ordeal. I packed myself and hired movers to move the stuff to the new place. We live on a road that winds up the mountain and there was concern that the moving truck would not make it up. Thankfully they did. Pain in the Butt. Well thank goodness there is a long holiday weekend. Chris...

We had our first snow of the season this past week. I love to watch it from the windows. Snow seems to make every thing look fresh and cleaner. I have been working like crazy on this stocking. I am actually a little further than this photo. Last night I nearly finished the heel turn. I would really like to get this done by next week.
