Monday, September 7, 2009. ONE TIME LATE FEE AMNESTY. Upon the last issue of statements, we had some homeowners request a forgiving of late fees in getting their accounts caught up to current. The Board of Directors agreed it would be worth proclaiming a one-time Amnesty from 08-25-2009 to 09-15-2009 on late fees owed on all open dues invoices, if they are paid in full through the month of September by the September 15th due date.
