Thanks to master gardener, entrepreneur, garden fairy, and all-around swell peson Sarah Wolpow, TPL Gardens will receive a Norm Steele Memorial Seed Grant. Is a not-for-profit Charity run parent and baby/. Toddler group based at the Dorothy Holman Centre, Ferry Road, Topsham, on the outskirts of Exeter, Devon. As we are a Charity we rely on parents to work as a team to open, close and prepare the snacks. We meet during school term time every Thursday from 9:30 until 11:30.
