Believing life is better than it sometimes appears. Sunday, May 29, 2011. 1) Breathe through your mouth AND nose. This provides the amount of oxygen to the body it needs to run. When I have tried the "in through the nose out through the mouth" practice I struggled because I constantly felt winded. 2) Take full and complete breaths. It has been my dream over the years to find some enterprise that Maria could do from her home that would bring in extra income and thereby alleviate some of the financial stress they are under. As we move forward, I will teach Maria new skills and she will continue to assemble the jewelry pieces. It is my hope and prayer that one day soon, we will create true sustainability for her family through these efforts.

Everywhere you look, you see people in need. You can’t not. See it in Honduras. On this trip, we spent time helping one family meet some of their need.
