Monday, September 29, 2014. Afterwards, we treated ourselves to lunch at The Blue Gate restaurant. They have great food! Of course, anything would taste good at 1:30 pm and after a trek like we had just endured. On Saturday, I headed up to Ft. Wayne to meet a group of girls for Victoria's Bachelorette Party. Victoria and David are getting married in less than two weeks. I am so excited to be part of their special weekend! Toria and I at her Mexican-themed Personal Shower. Victoria and her girls! a mist into my life: food for thought
http://mistofthisandthat.blogspot.com/2014/03/food-for-thought.html
A mist into my life. Saturday, March 29, 2014. We gave Owen a bath, got his jammies on and all tucked into bed! Down for the night? My hopes are up! Paul and I just read an amazing verse in the Bible. For my yoke is easy and My burden is light. Matt. 11:30 Sometimes I need to remember to not hold onto my own thoughts and burdens! Give them to God and He will give you rest. So comforting we can have those thoughts as we drift into a night of sleep! Looks like someone else would like some cookies too!

I have the right spot for you! Try out "Bisque It" in Fort Wayne. Choose a pottery of your choice. From plates, cookie jars, mugs, outlet covers, flower vases, etc. About anything you can think of! You don't have to be an artist to enjoy this! But it might turn out the best if you are an artist! Love that pic of Owen!

a mist into my life: the perfect spot
http://mistofthisandthat.blogspot.com/2014/01/the-perfect-spot.html
A mist into my life. Thursday, January 16, 2014. Owen is a little over three months old. He keeps getting funner each day with all the energy he has! He is cooing, smiling, and making eye contact more and more! Sometimes it can be hard to find a spot where he is content for a long period of time. So I switch things up occasionally to find the perfect spot! He LOVED this green chair for about a day.or maybe more like 2 minutes! Next we tried the bouncy vibrator! We found the perfect spot! He is a doll!

Life Plus Love: August 2014
http://nateandhannah14.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 28, 2014. A Love Story (Part 1). I was no different than most little girls when it came to dress-up. I loved it! As I look at this picture of me in my mom's wedding dress, I think of all the little girls out there who dream of being a princess. They dream of a beautiful dress, they dream of finding their prince charming and falling magically in love, and they dream of living happily ever after. I hate to say it, but most of the time it just is not that easy. I still remember where I was ...

Tuesday, March 24, 2015. A Short Poem About Two Friends. As I worked on her scrapbook page today, I tried reaching for that poetic side of my brain. I am no great song nor poem writer like Henry Beer, although he is my double great great uncle. Unfortunately not a whole lot of his poetic inspiration trickled down to me. Here goes my valiant effort at coming up with a poem about Brooke and I. There once were two girls who were mutually fond. Raised in good families, with parents so kind. My mom came out t...

Life Plus Love: A Trip To The Carolinas
http://nateandhannah14.blogspot.com/2015/08/a-trip-to-carolinas.html
Monday, August 10, 2015. A Trip To The Carolinas. A vacation spot that holds a special place in my heart, where the palm trees wave their solid green branches, and the humidity almost causes you to lose your breath. It is a place that I have gone a many number of times. I was barely a one-year-old when I was first introduced to the sandy beaches of South Carolina. Hilton Head Island to be exact. The gardens were beautiful too. Our 1 and only beach picture! My entire family was able to make it down to Hil...

Life Plus Love: August 2015
http://nateandhannah14.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 31, 2015. Hello again blogging world! After getting home from vacation, we had a couple of relaxing weeks and now it seems as if life has sped up a bit. At one moment I am having a pity party for myself as I look at the calendar and am disappointed not to see any weekend plans, and then the next weekend I am feeling stressed because of too much going on. Nothing is ever quite perfect. Thankfully I have still managed to check some items off of my to-do list. Fall is so fun to decorate for!
