Sunday, August 18, 2013. For the past month, I've been working as the Director of the LongHouse Scholars Program. A food media internship in Rensselaerville, NY. My job is part curriculum developer, part camp counselor, part media editor, and part teacher. Mostly I've been setting up a lot of structure- planning the weekly schedule, researching background for documentaries, and managing projects. Sabato 14 settembre 2013. Corso fiori con Viktoria Tsap - Torino. Splendida giornata trascorsa ad imparare le tecniche per realizzare questi stupendi fiori in pasta di zucchero con la bravissima Viktoria. La peonia è sicuramente lunga e impegnativa da fare ma il risultato è davvero realistico! Ed è il mio fiore preferito.
