Zach and I had such a blast in Hawaii this past week. Although we are exhausted and severely jet-lagged from the red eye flight landing at 7:30am, we are recovering quickly. We planned such a busy trip and managed to fit everything in that we wanted. Snorkeling (we went swimming with some turtles! Can you see the excitement in our eyes as we arrive at the Honolulu airport? This dessert place became our favorite. We were so addicted to Yogurt-Land. Was us on our way to the Polynesian Cultural Center.

San Diego: Part 2. I started these San Diego posts back in October from our September trip down there. Guess I forgot to post them. Whoops! It was fleet week in San Diego and my Grandpa Bolt is a retired Navy Captain. He loved showing Keller around the boats. They rang the bells for my Grandpa when he boarded the ship (I guess that is some type of tradition). Keller absolutely loved it! A moment of calmness has hit while the boys are napping and I finally have a minute to give an update to all of our eager friends. I have been meaning to for a while now so here it goes (let's see how far I get before someone wakes up). That is how I would describe these last three weeks. It is so hard to believe that Owen is 3 weeks old today. There have been many sleepless nights and countless diaper changes. I never thought I could accumulate this much laundry. (I cannot imagine what it would be like with 4 or 5 kids. my washer and dryer would never rest! Luckily I have had my wonderful mother here every step of the way. She has helped so much and Keller has enjoyed having the company. Posted by Zach and Jordy.

To Do List (AKA TDL). 1 pack a weeks worth of clothes for Zach and I. 2 paint toe nails. 3 throw in finger nails while I'm at it. 5 clean the apartment. 6 to the grocery store to stock up for Keller and Grandma. 7 stop by the bank to make sure we have enough money for this oh-so-exciting adventure. 8 re-type the super detailed list of Keller's "normal day" for Grandma that I some how lost on our computer (is that a sign that I am a little too OCD? San Diego: Part 3. Another fun afternoon we took a trip up to Mt. Soledad to see the "Bolt family War Veterans" plaque. The view from Mt. Soledad. You can even see the San Diego LDS Temple (it was a cloudy day). So special to see my Grandpa and brother there together. 5 generations of Bolts.
