Cesenate di nascita, vive e lavora a Forlì. Si è formata all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Ravenna; ha frequentato l’atelier del grande Pietro Annigoni a Firenze ed ha continuato ad esercitare la sua passione pittorica nella natìa Cesena. Via Marsala n.12.

Tosca Placuzzi: in mostra a Bologna. Lungi dall’essere una dei tanti emuli di un certo novecentismo figurale di ritorno, l’artista recupera una maturità espressiva non convenzionale, carica di intense intimità e ricorrenti simbologie, forse perchè, in questa pittura che sa essere al tempo stesso rarefatta en potente, fa capolino all’improvviso l’immagine di un bimbo, un piccolo volto in cornice, un riferimento, già di per sè, alla memoria, all’attimo trascorso e ai suoi inevitabili rimpianti.
