Midday, went for a quick swim at Cable Beach. This beach is the main beach in town, but actually about a 5km drive away from the downtown area. We decided to take another look at the Queen Victorian Markets on Saturday. While there we were able to find a butcher who carried Kangaroo meat ($19.88/kilo). Strangely enough, it wasn't the red meat butchers who carried it, rather the poultry shops.
