Come to our Free Sunday Introduction Class. You should plan on coming 10 minutes early and fill out the online waiver that will be emailed to you after you register. Please wear comfortable, work out clothing and sneakers (minimalist shoes work best), lots of water, and a desire to work hard and learn a lot.
