A day in the life. A look at what Hannah is doing these days. Thursday, November 14, 2013. Christmas is coming and a new world for Hannah! As I wrote last month, Hannah is going to have an operation to give her hearing! It is so exciting and also very scary for all of us involved. The surgery is scheduled for Dec. 20th. 77,000 Baha's have been successfully implanted throughout the world and I would be willing to bet, that very few of them have been done with a completely blind person.

A strange journey it has been but we are so grateful for her being a part of our life. Her smile and love makes it worth every step. We plan on having cake, some swimming, and some super snuggling.
