The Brock Brood: April 2014
http://thebrockbrood.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Lilypie Third Birthday tickers. Wednesday, April 23, 2014. Nolan is 5 now! Kevin and I have survived half a decade of parenting! Nolan is super obsessed with Star Wars, at the moment, so he had a Jedi Training birthday party the weekend before his birthday. We just invited a few kids from his class and cousins Kyle and Wade. I made everyone light sabers and Jedi robes. There were a couple of "training games" that the kids played. It was a lot of fun! 1 What is your favorite color? 12 Who is your best fri...

The Brock Brood: Kitchen remodel - week 3
http://thebrockbrood.blogspot.com/2015/06/kitchen-remodel-week-3.html
Lilypie Third Birthday tickers. Saturday, June 20, 2015. Kitchen remodel - week 3. More progress this week, but nothing glamorous that makes for exciting pictures:. With Tropical Bill coming, SE tried to get us signed up for an inspection Tuesday, but the city shut down and so the inspector came on Wednesday. Only one issue with the natural gas intake line that Dan doesn't seem worried about and we should be cleared soon. Electric inspection passed with no issues. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

The Brock Brood: Day 2 - kitchen remodel
http://thebrockbrood.blogspot.com/2015/06/day-2-kitchen-remodel.html
Lilypie Third Birthday tickers. Wednesday, June 10, 2015. Day 2 - kitchen remodel. Day 2 of the remodel: They took out walls of kitchen and insulation as you can see exposed studs. We didn't take a picture, but they also tore up the tile from the downstairs 1/2 bath. Grant is loving the dust as he rolls in it constantly. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Lilypie Third Birthday tickers. Sunday, April 5, 2015. Happy 4th, Henry. Henry just celebrated his 4th birthday! My second baby is getting so big! Oh his actual birthday we went out to breakfast at our favorite breakfast place, Pecan Creek Grill. He scarfed down all of his eggs, bacon, and pancakes! And a backpack with his name on it for when he heads off to Pre-k next year. Below are the 20 questions I asked him:. 1 What is your favorite color? 2 What is your favorite toy? 3 What is your favorite fruit?

The Brock Brood: September 2014
http://thebrockbrood.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Lilypie Third Birthday tickers. Friday, September 26, 2014. Nolan has been back to school for a month now. He seems pretty happy to be back. The transition to kindergarten has been easy for him. His day isn’t that much different than it was when he was in Pre-K. They do get to go to the big playground now though! There are a few kids in his class that were with him last year. He really enjoys Tuesday and Thursday afternoons when I pick him up. Friday, September 19, 2014. The Rest of our Summer. We though...

The Brock Brood: May 2015
http://thebrockbrood.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Lilypie Third Birthday tickers. Wednesday, May 6, 2015. Happy 6th, Nolan. Our first born is 6! To me, this age seems so big. Five still seems young but there is something about 6 that makes them seem so old! Nolan had his 6-year check up and he is 42lbs and 3'9". I have no idea where he is percentage wise but he is definitely on the skinny side! Dr Crane said he looks good and gave him a pep talk about the importance of eating fruits and veggies! 1 What is your favorite color? 2 What is your favorite toy?

Currently waiting on granite installation and painting, which will allow for sinks and appliances, and then we're done! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Sing For Your Supper.

The Brock Brood: July 2014
http://thebrockbrood.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Lilypie Third Birthday tickers. Wednesday, July 16, 2014. At the beginning of June we went back to the beaches of FL for the 3. Time with the Gray family. The first time was just Nolan. The second time added in Henry. Now this time we had Grant! That made a total of 6 boys aged 6 and under! We went back to Blue Tide in Seacrest. It was the same complex as 2 years ago but a different unit. The drive went pretty well. We left Friday afternoon and drove to Baton Rouge. The boys enjoyed the beach but I think...

The Brock Brood: January 2015
http://thebrockbrood.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Lilypie Third Birthday tickers. Wednesday, January 28, 2015. Another post that I wrote and never hit publish! I know it is always said, but wow time is flying. Hard to believe that Grant is 18 months! He is doing well. He had been a little whiny and clingy lately but we are blaming it on his last two teeth that are breaking through. We should now be finished with teething until those awful 2 year molars come in. Grant @ 18 Months:. Height: 33 3/4" (90%). Head: 49 cm (89%). Henry @ 18 months:.

The Brock Brood: Kitchen remodel - Into July
http://thebrockbrood.blogspot.com/2015/07/kitchen-remodel-into-july.html
Lilypie Third Birthday tickers. Tuesday, July 7, 2015. Kitchen remodel - Into July. Some great progress in the past week or so. On Thursday, Superior Exterior delivered the new cabinets. They spent Thursday unloading them from a trailer and putting them together in the kitchen. And on Friday, they were installed! Erin has already purchased the pulls and doorknobs for all the cabinets, so we can't wait to see the finished product. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Enjoying the Small Things.
