Nathalie's Kitchen Madness: Rabbit en croute
http://nathalie-kitchenmadness.blogspot.com/2011/01/rabbit-en-croute.html
Tuesday, January 4, 2011. This I am posting on special request by the momster. I made it when she came over to celebrate the holidays and she was mightily impressed, well she seemed so anyway. I'm always very careful in praising my own kitchen cunning, since I'm still a novice, learning the skills as we go. But enough about me. this is for dinner today. As the picture leaves something to the imagination. I'll start with the beginning. Add the rabbit together with the white wine. Put the lid on! Back to t...

Nathalie's Kitchen Madness: Nutella Banana Bruschetta
http://nathalie-kitchenmadness.blogspot.com/2012/02/nutella-banana-bruschetta.html
Friday, February 24, 2012. Forgive the rather dodgy pictures, but believe me when I say that this is a very good afternoon snack, at least if you love Nutella and bananas. I found this recipe on the net, but I can't find the source anymore, so I'm going to say thanks for the one who gave me an almost perfect sweet bruschetta and if she should stumble upon this please leave a note so I can put the link back in. Preheat the grill to 220°C or 340°F. Place a minute under the hot grill and bon appetit!

Nathalie's Kitchen Madness: Pineapple upside down cake
http://nathalie-kitchenmadness.blogspot.com/2011/08/pineapple-upside-down-cake.html
Wednesday, August 10, 2011. Pineapple upside down cake. The inspiration for this cake was my addiction to Desperate Housewives. I just saw an episode where this cake had a small part in, and couldn't resist trying a hand at it myself. But first, my apologies for being AWOL for so long. I have no one to blame but myself, but the reason why I neglected this blog, is a happy reason though. But I'm here and ready to guide you to your very own pineapple upsidedown cake! Sprinkle 2 tbsp of sugar on the bottom ...

Nathalie's Kitchen Madness: August 2011
http://nathalie-kitchenmadness.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, August 31, 2011. This is a recipe that has been lurking from the pages of 'How to be a domestic goddess' for a while now and since I'm home at the moment. (Back pains due to my daughters grow spurts). Making home made bread, outside of the breadmaking machine, is only possible when I'm home all day, so I can rarely get it done. I'm happy that I did it, and I can assure you. It tastes like Norwegian goodness! Take it out and turn it our of the form, letting it cool on a wire rack. 2,5 dl milk.

Nathalie's Kitchen Madness: Chicken Parmigiani
http://nathalie-kitchenmadness.blogspot.com/2011/01/chicken-parmigiani.html
Friday, January 28, 2011. This is a recipe I've made a couple of times but I'm not going to strut around as if I selected it out of one of my many cookbooks. This particular recipe I got of the world wide web and I'm should post the link here, but I have deleted the link somehow, and since I do believe in supporting cooking blogs whenever I can I'm going to repost this. So, in honour of the deleted link! Take the chicken fillets and pound on them with a meat hammer until they are a bit thinner. Serve thi...

Nathalie's Kitchen Madness: April 2011
http://nathalie-kitchenmadness.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 30, 2011. Another day, another cake. I've been neglecting this blog a little, due to circumstances, but what a way of coming back, not! With cake. and this time the cake is not a lie. Just follow me and in no time your house will smell delicious, not to mention how it will taste. And just to mention, again a recipe from Nigella Lawson's How to become a domestic goddess. Truly my go-to-guide for nostalgic desserts. 250g marzepan, at room temperature. 1/4 tsp almond essence. A cake I once s...

Nathalie's Kitchen Madness: December 2010
http://nathalie-kitchenmadness.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 30, 2010. A little eastern touch once in a while, didn't hurt no one. Perhaps my tongue with overheating, but I'm sure it's trained well enough by now! Easy to make, easier to eat! Gently cook the shii-takes and shallots in the blend of sesame oil and olive oil. Add the curry paste. Stir and cook it for a few seconds. Then add the coconut milk and let it cook for 3 minutes. Add the chicken stock and season the soup with fish sauce. 100g chicken fillet, in small cubes. 1 tbsp sesame oil.

Nathalie's Kitchen Madness: Mac 'n Cheese 'n Ham
http://nathalie-kitchenmadness.blogspot.com/2011/02/mac-n-cheese-n-ham.html
Sunday, February 20, 2011. Mac 'n Cheese 'n Ham. Very simple on a Sunday afternoon. Tonight I've got the inlaws for dinner and prepared a few things beforehand, so I thought I'd post something that was already in waiting line. Melt 50g butter in a pan and add 50g flour once it's melted. Stir it for a few minutes and then add the milk, which you've heated up in the microwave first. (half a liter milk needs about 5 minutes in the microwave). Stir well and let it come to a boil and thicken. A touch of novel.
