Påmeldingsfristen for Tour De Stord 2016 er dagen før det første løpet, FREDAG 19. MAI. Me vil helst at dei som ønskjer å delta melder seg på så tidleg som mogleg. Så helst ikkje vent med å melde deg på. I Tour De Stord er det i år for første gang lagkonkurranse. Eit lag består av 3 løparar som spring kvar sin etappe. I allianse med Stord Idrettslag. Løp 1 - Prolog. Løp 2 - Jaktstart. Løp 3 - Motbakkeløpet Stord rett opp. Nyhende frå Norges Friidresttsforbund. Her er plakaten for løpet:. Fredag 20.mai er det prolog på 1,5 km på Heiane kor starten er ved KIWI butikken og målgang ved COOP inngangen på Heiane Storsenter. Løypa går på asfalt og er flat med mange hjørner å passere. Startintervall mellom løparane er på 30 sek. Vinnaren av løpet får sprinttrøya. Første løpar til topps er vinnar av løpet.
