Run around the World, around the World. All alongside the Meridians for real and in dreams! Bassima, traditional Egyptian cake. My three weeks holiday in Soma Bay, Egypt, was fonderful. I enjoyed in my husband, in watersports, in running on the long sandy beach, in Bedouin village, in Hurgada, in Safaga, in coral gardens. and in sweets. The best and most delicous cake at Palm Royal Resort, was bassima. So I found the recipe on the net and here it is - done, in about 30 min all together! 1 cup of sugar.
