Fat No More
Four years ago I lost 45lbs after my husband (now ex) left me. I loved how fit I was, and how good I felt about my body. The last year has been difficult, not only have I been fighting my own depression, but my middle son is fighting cancer. I have let myself go. But no more! Thursday, February 24, 2011. I only managed to get 4 kms done today, and that was hard! Wednesday, February 23, 2011. I'm getting so much closer to my goal, might even make it by my Birthday in 2 months!
