Intelligent systems and software. Cloud robotics hackathon ’13. Eurobot ’09, ’10 and ’12. Hexapod on a Budget – Part 2: Electrics. February 19, 2015. October 18, 2015. In part 1, I talked about the construction of the Dagu 12-servo hexapod chassis. Now it’s time to add some electronics. Battery and Voltage Regulation. The SBEC also has an enable switch, which provides a convenient way of switching the power on and off. The SBEC also supplies the Arduino Uno board through its second output. To achieve...

Intelligent systems and software. Cloud robotics hackathon ’13. Eurobot ’09, ’10 and ’12. July 12, 2010. April 30, 2016. Heineken Robot is an autonomous robotic bartender developed by ASL. The robot was developed from a ‘fun’ installation created for Kinetica Art Fair 2010. The project brief was to build, to a tight budget, a robot that could serve a cup of beer from an off-the-shelf mini beer keg. The robot was spotted at Kinetica by Engadget. And the NEXT Future Exhibition (NEXT-fremtidsudstillingen).
