Last week, I moved to Chembur which is on the Harbour Line. This line seems to be relatively calmer than the Central Line which I earlier took. What is a joy about the Harbour Line is the Ladies Special train. (I’m not sure all the lines have it. At least the Central one didn’t. But I digress.). It has just been three days of taking this train and I’m in love.

That we wanted to go the next step, to test the acceptance of whole grain and jaggery. On our palates without the luxurious comfort of good dark chocolate! I found a recipe for a jaggery cake on Passionate About Baking’s blog. 30ml water/ milk infused with a few saffron strands. 1 tbsp cinnamon powder. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 50 g chopped pistachios.
