THE BARN HIRING CHARGES 2016. November and March only. Pound;375.00 per week. April, May, June, September and October. Excluding Easter, May and October half terms. Pound;395.00 per week. Easter, May and October half-term period, July and August. Pound;420.00 per week. Short breaks will be accommodated as much as possible, depending on availability within the usual system of Saturday to Saturday bookings. 3 nights: £240.00 4 nights: £280.00. Central heating is included in the hiring charges.

THE BARN AND ITS FACILITIES. The barn at Town Yeat is a traditional mid 17th-Century bank barn attached to what was once 'the farm house'. The conversion has created a stunning, spacious 'loft apartment' full of character and individuality with its ancient oak beams and great 'A' frame trusses. THE BARN BOOKING CONDITIONS. Holiday weeks go from Saturday to Saturday. Off-season breaks can be your choice of dates and days - availability permitting. Main-season breaks (May to October) are for not less than 3 nights. A booking will be held for you for four days. During which time we need to receive your written confirmation and deposit. £100 for each holiday week booked, or £60 for a 'break'. High Nibthwaite is a backwater in the true sense of the word. A small hamlet, of only 11 houses, just a stone's throw from the south eastern shore of Coniston Water. Open fell, deciduous woodland, the lake shore and beautiful pasture surround the hamlet. The peaceful location - devoid of shops, pubs, street lights and any sizeable road - is bliss. If you want to be in the Lake District, but not among the busy hubbub of many of the 'honey pot' towns and villages, then Nibthwaite is the location for you.
