As of next week, all trainings will cease(that means including tuesdays). The next time you'd be touching a disc with us would be during the camp! Just one point to note, I would like everyone who still needs improvements with their basic throws to do this:. If possible, go to the extent of holding the disc and practice your throws (positions only, dont release!
