Wednesday, January 28, 2015. 老四海版Turnabout TV 34040S - Faerber/The Four Seasons (四季). 這算是錄音版本最多的曲目之一，而且有好幾個永垂不朽的經典錄音，先不提小提琴大師們領銜的錄音，光是I Musici的幾個版本就足以佔據樂迷必備唱片清單的好幾個位子。我一直覺得四季的錄音雖然如此之多，家父和我陸續也都買了不少版本，但我最喜歡的卻是這個相對冷門的Turnabout版:. 這是美國Turnabout公司正式授權四海壓製的台版片，和福茂的作法一樣是由原廠提供金屬母盤在台灣壓片和發行。印象中四海版的Turnabout台版很稀少，而我家也就只有這一張。 Side 1戳記: Bell Sound sf. 從鋼戳來看這一面的鋼模是出自刻片師Sam Feldman("sf"是他慣用的縮寫簽名)在紐約Bell Sound Studios時期的刻版，四海拿到的鋼模應該和美版是一樣的(這份錄音還有英國版)。 Side 2戳記: VS 849. Monday, August 31, 2015. 老福茂版 Decca SXL 6379 - Mehta/Also sprach Zarathustra. 好一陣子對音響無感了，更不要說是動手清洗老唱片。前陣子蘇迪勒颱風來襲，困在家裡一整天，而且網路和有線電視全都斷線，簡直是和外界隔絕.(還好沒停電)。悶到發慌的情形下干脆再來清洗家裡的老台版黑膠:. 理查史特勞斯的"查拉圖斯特拉如是說"幾乎是音響發燒友必備的曲目，但對年少的我而言更著迷於音樂裡的神秘氛圍和奇特音響，還有尼采那似是而非的超人哲學；套句時下的流行話: 這闕交響詩就是我當年心目中的"神作"，尤其是看了庫貝利克的"2001年太空漫遊"之後! 福茂版 SXL 6379 封底. 在Royce Hall錄音的，沒有標註錄音師，但根據後來再版的CD說明記載是出自James Lock之手. 這張有保留封底原文解說，並內附中文翻譯 - 我個人比較喜歡這個作法(相較於直接把封底原文挖掉換上中譯). Side 1鋼戳 - ZAL-8520-11G，又是Ted大師負責刻版，看版號就知道這張唱片當年印量很大. Side 2鋼戳 - ZAL-8521-9G.
