Friday, April 3, 2015. This is my "Slow Dance" quilt, and is featured in this May 2015 American Quilter magazine. This quilt was inspired by the traditional Tennessee Waltz pattern, with a few modifications. You might recognize the design from another quilty friend of mine, Lee of Freshly Pieced. Because she has an almost identical pattern. She and I made the quilts completely separately of one another - just both liked the way the clever piecing creates the illusion of curves! FOR U 2 SEE. March 12, 2010. We are so busy at work, Quality Assurance is just around the corner. Always a busy time. We made a quick trip to Colac in Victoria as my Nan past away. It was great to catch up with the family and a few friends. It just wasn't long enough and it is such a long drive (16 hours). Didn't get to catch up with everyone though but hopefully next time we will. I have found a few old school mates on Face Book Gotta Love FB. Keely is loving high school and playing heaps of sport.
