A Day in the Life of Traci. Welcome to my blog about Daily Life, DIY and Healthy Living. Saturday, January 28, 2012. Juice Cleanse Day 4. Coming from my bed this evening and very tired. I'm feeling fatigue today. I have felt the worst today. I did manage to get in 45 min of cardio. I took a break from lifting today. I have been very hungry this evening. Preheat Oven to 375. Mix together in one bowl. 1 3/4 cup flour. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/8 tsp of nutmeg. 1/8 tsp of allspice. Mix together in a larger bowl.
