Four and a half years ago, had you asked me the same question about where my future is headed, I probably would have responded in much more definite terms and I would have had a plan to take me there. I quit my job in the bay area, I moved back home to Davis, I am taking classes — anatomy and physiology and all that good stuff that I never got around to in undergrad. The weekend started off with a cooking adventure when a friend of mine dropped off these beauties at our place:. Clearly, these chayote were cooked with blood, sweat, and tears (from the onion of course! We forgot to wear our swim goggles.).
