Thursday, 25 June 2009. 我们家老老少少和朋友都喜欢吃这道猪脚醋。食谱是巴刹里的一位阿婆教的，把它记下与大家分享。用料：猪前脚一只，洗净，用水煮过滤干. 椰糖：一粒（约100gm. 65289;，捣碎。嫩姜：适量，切成薄片. 12290;如果喜欢较重口味，可用老姜。浙醋：1/3 支( 羊城牌. 2。加白糖，一边搅拌至呈金黄色。（要注意，别烧焦）. 3。逐步倒入猪脚、椰糖、姜片和生抽。 4。用大火把它炒均匀，然后加盖，转中火焖到几乎干. 65288; 这是焖任何猪脚的要诀，这样炒，猪脚才会入味和有Q劲。譬如炒福建猪脚也是这样，而且要加水的话，就一定要用滚水。这都是丈夫的阿麻教的秘诀. 5。最后才加入浙醋。煮沸后放入慢锅焖熟（slow cooker或牛头牌的万能锅更理想，如用slow cooker, 调High, 约一小时半）. 6。注意：即使一开始已觉得它干，也不能加水，因为在慢焖之下，猪脚的水分. 会慢慢出来，这才能煮出原汁原味的猪脚醋。为避免上面的肉没沾到汁，可在焖一小时后翻搅均匀。 Sunday, 21 June 2009. I even drew two pictures of pharoah .Tutankhamun ,one at home an another in the school. Tutankhamun is the most famous Egyptian phraoah or king.
