Eating Fine in 2009: Skinny Wild Wings
http://eatfine09.blogspot.com/2009/09/skinny-wild-wings.html
I was on the hunt for some new recipes and came across this:. Kristen's Buffalo Chicken Bites. My husband would love having wings for dinner. While most would prefer the boneless, not my husband. I knew that I needed to make them as close to Buffalo Wild Wings to satisfy him! Yes, I skinned those tiny drummettes. Did you know that BW3s sells their sauces? As you can see I served them with veggie sticks, watermelon and oven crunch fries. The fries I made just like Seasoned Baked Potato Wedges. Connie stil...

I promise I have soemthing in the works. It is a rather lengthy post with two recipes and between the little girl (2 yrs) and the baby boy (6 months) blogging is getting harder to find time for. I have been doing it llittle by little and hope to finish tonight or tomorrow. Links to this post. Thanks for Thinking of Me! Even though I have been MIA for a few weeks I was still thinking about this award and it made me excited to come back to blogging! Thank you, thank you thank you! Links to this post.

Eating Fine in 2009: Seasoned Baked Potato Wedges
http://eatfine09.blogspot.com/2009/02/seasoned-baked-potato-wedges.html
Seasoned Baked Potato Wedges. I gave up for a while, feeling that the search was hopeless and started buying bagged french fries to bake. I know, not the best option for me or my family but I felt broken and I needed a replacement. After all, the husband really like fries with any sort of sandwich on a bun that I serve. Plus, they are so so easy. Seasoned Baked Potato Wedges. Serving Size - 8 Wedges. 1 potato for each person. Non-stick spray or oil spritzer. Adobo seasoning (or seasoning salt). In fact, ...

Eating Fine in 2009: Spinach and Pizza Stuffed Shells and Garlic Toast
http://eatfine09.blogspot.com/2009/03/spinach-and-pizza-stuffed-shells-and.html
Spinach and Pizza Stuffed Shells and Garlic Toast. This is from last spring. Luckily, because I had already had a good start on the post, it came together easily. Seeing these pictures made my mouth drool, especially thinking about the pizza ones. Too bad we have long since polished these off. Otherwise, I know what we would be having for lunch. These past few weeks were a mess. I wasn't making good food choices, I was eating too much, we were eating out a ton and I WAS HATING COOKING! Rving - 3 Shells.

Eating Fine in 2009: Title: UNTITLED
http://eatfine09.blogspot.com/2009/09/title-untitled.html
I don't even know what to call these last few months. They weren't good. Dieting desparation, vacation pounds, a very drawn out kitchen remodel and very little cooking. Obvioulsly, I never got around to posting that promised post. Sorry. Made a nice dinner last night, cedar plank salmon with roasted root vegetables. It was beautiful and would have made a great post and got me thinking about getting back to blogging. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Texas, United States. View my complete profile.

Eating Fine in 2009: Homemade Meatless Crumbles
http://eatfine09.blogspot.com/2009/10/homemade-meatless-crumbles.html
Products but they are so so expensive. I don't mind paying for them for items like their black bean burgers (even though I have a great recipe for black bean burgers) or their sausage patties or even their ribs. I had a WW leader suggest switching to meatless crumbles or at least half and half to reduce points in recipes. I started buying them, made the switch and the husband never noticed. I saw on a blog a while ago (I have tried finding it again with no luck, so sorry for no credit! On the package it ...

Feeling Fine in 2009: Horror and Embarassment
http://feelfine09.blogspot.com/2009/09/horror-and-embarassment.html
I am embarassed it has been such a long time. Wish I could tell you that I have been busy getting skinny but not the case. I am starting to be more introspective and try and understand some of my issues so that I can be successful. I lost some weight in August only to go one vacation in September and put some back on. Picture my horror, stepping on the scale 12 lbs heavier than when we left 10 days before. How does that happen? Ideas comments. encourage. share. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Feeling Fine in 2009: The Shred - Day 2
http://feelfine09.blogspot.com/2009/04/shred-day-2.html
The Shred - Day 2. Two days done. 28 to go! Mostly in my legs. Found I couldn't jump near as high today as yesterday. Can't wait to be over the soreness but that probably means I need to move up a level. It hurt, but in a good way! I was grunting on day 2 and 3 too! The kids also thought I was hurt ;). Congratson doing the shred. I hear it's a terrfic program. Keep up the good work :). I've been thinking about getting this. Does it require the use of any equipment (like a step thing, or weights, etc)?

http://feelfine09.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
The Ups and Downs. I know that I expected it. Not because of poor eating but because of scale watching. Up 7 Not even a pound but still up when I was hoping to be down. Links to this post. Week 3 (A Week Late). Yes, I weighed in last Friday, but I haven't gotten around to posting until now. It was a great week and a great loss and I should have shared it earlier. See my last post about my scale addiction. I will keep you posted. Cheers to meeting my GHGs this next week! Holding a big glass of H2O). I hav...
