As an Operation Trackshoes competitor you are encouraged to have FUN! You are also encouraged to enjoy the friendship of fellow competitors, counsellors and officials you will meet during your weekend at Operation Trackshoes. What level of skill will I need? For young people up to age 14, has a focus on integration. Children without disabilities (peer counsellors) are matched with competitors of the same age, usually on a one-to-one basis. Adult counsellors support these partnerships. Please have them contact us. What experience do peer counsellors need?
