Whole Chicken( Mine was 4 1/2 lbs.). 6-7 apples, I used 3 different types(Golden Delicious was one type) quartered and cored. 1 1/2 to 2 Onions, peeled and cut into large chunks. May 26, 2010. 1 TB of coriander seeds. 1 t of black peppercorns. 1 t fennel seeds. 4 hot dried red chillies. 6 TB of coconut oil. 2 onions finely chopped. 3-4 hot green chilles. finely chopped. 1-2 lb. of lamb, beef or pork cut into 1-1 1/2 in cubes. 2 large tomatoes finely chopped. 1 1/2 t salt. 14 oz of coconut milk. Tales from a Recovering Vegetarian. August 26, 2010. 8 am: at the literal top of the range. 11 am-noon: in the upper quarter. 4 5 pm: mid-range. 11 pm to mid night: at the very bottom. For the hormone levels, my estrogen is a little high the reference range is 1-5 and I’m at 6.3. Symptoms of high estrogen are: migraines, weight gain, high blood pressure, fatigue, PMS, muscle aches, fibroids, depression, and aging skin. I do suffer from fatigue, and PMS.
