Inter Aide WatSan Malawi. Inter Aide, Malawi. One of Puma Energy’s operational centres is located in the heart of Southern Malawi. The Puma Energy Foundation, alongside French development agency Inter Aide, is supporting a large-scale project that seeks to improve access to safe water in the area of Phalombe and to offer long-term protection of water facilities in three other districts.
