Wednesday, October 14, 2009. Time for my second go at the 50mile distance, this time at the Heartland 100/50. Also known as the Spirit of the Prairie Run. It's Kansas' sole (currently) 100mi run, and one that I've heard much about from Nerd/Hawk friends. I've had it penciled in to my race calendar since mid-July.
