Today I asked my dad to go for a 2 mile recovery hike to help stretch my legs after the Eastern States 100. Lou is running/hiking a couple of days with Karl. James Brennan. Shoe used: Hoka One One - Stinson. 2015 Hamburg Alumni Track meet 1600. Hamburg Alumni Track meet 1600 - My time 5:16. Shoe used: Hoka One One - Challenger ATR. Running in the pain cave;-).
