Saturday, October 4, 2008. Day 1 - Weight Training. Yesterdays' match versus Sin Chew Sports Club left my ankles and knee feeling ached and sored. So today for the first day, I will start on something light for the upper body while I give my legs a time out -. 3 Lateral Dips for my Triceps. All done using free weights with a total resistance of 10Kg (with the exception of Push up as I use my own body weight) for 2 sets of 12 reps for each exercise. As I kept my workout session to less then 30 mins.

Wednesday, October 15, 2008. Day 12 - Plyometrics Training. In the evening though. Dinner at Pizza Hut. It is our 1 year and 7 month anniversary. Was extremely hungry and thus ordered a feast! We catch 'Big Stan' at the cinema after dinner. Just an average show, but seriously there ain't any good show left to watch recently. So have to settle for that. Friday, October 3, 2008. My Jumping Ability (Plyometrics Workout). Stamina and Endurance (Running). Physical Strenght (Weight Training). And last but not least, many 'play' times on the court to regain my confidence back. These 4 main areas will be trained on for the next 3 months. I would post what I train daily, review the training and I would also measure my overall fitness weekly. As of now -. My Jumping height is 33cm. 24Km run took 18mins 15sec. 100m Dash took 16sec.
