För snart tre år sen och förra året DIY Pull-up bar. Som har lästs av rätt många, så när det snickrades ihop en Climbing Pegboard på Kettlebell Center. Nu senast så dokumenterade jag även detta projekt. Fyra 18-millimeters plywoodskivor (2400x1200), 33 mm rundstav, trälim, 70 mm skruv, 32 mm träborr samt rejäl 12 millimeters förankring i betongvägg.
