Saturday, May 31, 2008. Moonlight on the Pier. Last night Cal and I went with 3 other couples down to Folley Beach to a Shaggin' event on the pier. Now, if you're like me before I moved to SC, you're wondering what on earth Shaggin' is (Austin Powers ruined that word for me). Shag is a dance that started in Charleston years ago and it's similar to the Jitterbug and to Swing dancing. You would have thought we were a bunch of caged parents who never get out and take a break from our toddlers. oh, wait.

I can hardly believe it, but it's been 5 years since Phil and I said "I do" in Boise on October 18th 2003. What a whirlwind it has been. Learning to be a P31 Woman. My brother had his MRI on Friday, and was given the results yesterday (Monday). He is FINE! There is nothing wrong in his brain, the only thing they did find was a little fluid behind his eardrum, which I'm praying is the reason for the pain/pressure behind his eyes. Your prayers were and are appreciated! I have a prayer request that I'd like to share. I am asking that you lift him up in your prayers, that you agree with me that the Lord can and will heal him!
