Gym Challenges are workouts that involve competing against others who have done or will do the same workout. There are three types of gym challenges: Levels, Olympics, and Records. Are competitions held in January, April, August, and November. Each competition is made up of several events and the athlete who wins the most events wins the competition. Each event is timed and the scores are recorded.
