American Red Cross Water. After having my son in 1995, I struggled to get my weight under control. When I wasn't getting the results I wanted on my own, I hired a personal trainer. I was amazed at the difference having a personal trainer made in my ability to reach my goals. I realized then that I wanted to help other people reach their fitness goals. That's what inspired me to become a personal trainer.
