Years of working out in the gym just created plateau after plateau. I was pretty impressed also with my rep counts. I kind of had to tail off the last couple of weeks with P90X so I thought maybe I might be low on some of the reps but I was able to meet or break all of my goals today. Posted by Coach Shloo.
