Smazeny kvetak - Fried Cauliflower. 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets. 1/2 cup of milk. 1-2 cups of flour. 1 Cut cauliflower into florets put into cold water and start boiling. When the water starts boiling turn of, strain the water and let the cauliflower cool down. 2 When the cauliflower is cold start rolling in 2 layers. First is mix of eggs, milk and flour (should be thick enough so it stays on the cauliflower), second layer is breadcrumbs. 500 g of all purpose flour. 500 g of margarine.

1/2 of pound of any pasta. 2 tablespoons of mayo. 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt. 1 Cook pasta (as said on the box). When done cool in cold water, drain and place into large bowl. 2 Cut tomatoes, cucumber and green pepper and cheese sticks into small pieces. Place into bowl with pasta. 3 Add salt, pepper to taste. Home made eggnog / Domaci vajecny konak. 2 tablespoons of sugar. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 1/2 litter of rum/brandy (if you have Czech Rum - Tuzemak is the best). Put egg yolks, sugar and vanilla extract into blender and blend for 10 minutes until it becomes a foam. Flour (prepare flour paste from 3 tbsp of flour and 1 cup of water, poor through strainer to achieve no blobs). 4 tablespoon of sugar. 8 hard boiled eggs. 8 oz of mayo or miracle whip. 1/2 stick of butter (4 tablespoons). 1/2 of onion (or one small one). Salt, pepper to taste. 1 Chop onion and hard boiled eggs into fine pieces. 2 Place chopped onion, eggs into bowl, mix with mayo and butter. 3 Add salt and pepper to taste. Green or white peppers. Kielbasa or any other sausage. Block of any hard cheese. 1 Cut off top of peppers and clean them. Place them on a plate and put them in microwave for 5 minutes - they will get softer. 2 Cut sausage and cheese into small pieces and start stuffing peppers. The drive took us about 6.5hrs and it wasn't a bad drive, but lots of tolls. When we got close the water started off very calm and I was wondering if we were in the right place. Then once we parked and got out of the car, we walked down to the falls and it was more than we imagined! We got the Niagara Falls KOA.
