I was reluctant to lose the height clearance the van had gained by fitting larger wheels but I found the transporter on normal springs 'wallows' in corners and generally behaves like a van rather than a car. After a lot of research I bought Sportline Eibach springs from Breeze Volkswagen. The van on steels, not lowered compared to lowered on 18"s. Converting a Van to a Camper in Ireland.
