Monday, April 27, 2015. I feel incredible :). The title is a big statement - but soooooooooo true! I feel fantastic at the moment. I am eating my 1900 calories.my scales are moving nicely and I fitted in some yummy things like a fingerbun, bacon and eggs and toast, 3 serves of bread this week and still the scales are moving :) (they were my treats over a week not all in one day lol). Sunday, June 28, 2015. Woke up this morning with the sniffles still and decided walking down the beach wasnt going to help it go away permanantly so didnt go on the walk. But heres the thing.yesterday I did stick with only 2 cans of diet coke.yesterday morning I was 119.9 kilos.ate 1800 cals.and this morning 118.2 kilos! I then did 1200 on friday and 1800 yesterday. One question I get asked a lot is how I lose my weight and once I start talking about calories people want to know how many calories they should eat.so I am going to give a very basic look at what I recommend people do. So the first thing I will suggest is cut out as much of the processed foods as possible, I found eating a lot of processed foods really inhibits weight loss.fresh is always best! Where possible eat organic foods and a variety of foods. Ensure you get enough sleep. Water, water, water.
