Cons for keeping my nipples:. 1 Even with all of the breast tissue removed, there is still a 3-5% chance that I could develop breast cancer if I keep my nipples. 2 My nipples could die, meaning they would scab up and gradually flake off. 3 My nipples could look unnatural. 4 My nipples could be slightly uneven which would drive me bonkers!
