History & Mission. Transition House is a 6 bedroom, 24 bed shelter that assists single men and women, couples and families. We have supportive staff on site 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist those living within the shelter or for individuals who require our services. Our Shelter provides a variety of services to our residents including:. Safe and secure temporary accommodations for up to 90 days. 24 hour support for residents. Goal setting and action planning. Assistance finding permanent housing.
