Triathlon and Multisport Coaching. Coach Pickering offers personal 1 on 1 sessions where emphasis is put on form and technique. Intensity will vary based on your fitness and goals. For many triathletes this is the best way to make big gains. By focusing on form you will reduce your chances of injury, improve efficiency, conserve energy among other benefits.
