July to September 2016. Glossop Line, Saturday 2nd July. A 7½ mile moderate (at a slow pace) walk led by Paul Senkans. Starting at 11:15 from Hadfield Station, catch the 10:18 from Manchester Piccadilly to Hadfield. Route: Hadfield Station, Longdendale Trail, Tintwistle, Arnfield Covert, Quarry, Bottoms Reservoir, Hadfield Station. What to see: Whimberry fruit, Skylarks, Green Tiger Beetle, Heather in early flower. Returning from Hadfield at 15:29 to Manchester Piccadilly. Glossop Line, Saturday 16th July.
