Call us (802) 773-7141. Austrian chef-owner Hans Entinger is a culinary graduate of Simon Knoll School in Munich. He originally trained as a pastry chef at the Bayerischer Hof in Munich and studied hotel management at the Hotel Fachschule Bad Reichenhall. Hans worked in Switzerland, England, France and Canada before making his home in Vermont. Together with his wife Kathleen, they opened the Countryman's Pleasure Restaurant. They are celebrating 31 successful years.
