The answer was found in few minutes with the help of an old article in Taranga and some googling - SRIPURAM shrine. This is a temple near Vellore, TN which is completely covered in gold. Here is the Wiki link -. Highlights : Fantastic Roads all the way, Beautiful Gold Shrine, PHOTOGRAPHY. Trip Meter : 420 Kms up and Down.

Oliday Session of 2008 December was celebrated with a drive to Native Place (Somewhere near Puttur in Daksina Kannada) via Horanadu, Shringeri and Dharmasthala from Bangalore. Travel, Adventure and Photography. Monday, March 03, 2008. I was in KL from 10th to 16th of Feb. I was there to attend the Unified Messaging Voive Ignite session by Microsoft. Also, KL was rocking as Chinese new year celebration was going on. Diggerent shades and hues of red were everywhere. Chinese dance, music, food and lot more. Not to forget the unique Chinese Dragon Dance. I stayed at hotel Mid Valley, which is a good business hotel. The cost was around 180 MYR for double bed with breakfast.

Left Right and Center. Sunday, October 14, 2007. Yesterday I bought a new CPU ( AMD Athlon 64 X 2 - 2.1 GHz, ASUS M2X MB, 2GB RAM, DVD RW and 200GB HDD ) . In terms of speed, its ahead of light years than our old P2 320 MHz, 256 MB RAM, 6GB HDD . Now editing photos, uploading music to ipod, watching movies etc are done at a faster pace than earlier. Hours Heard that the NH via Sakaleshpur is not drivable, and decided to go via Mysore. Till Mysore the road is like a sweet dream, then its 'ok' till Kushal Nagar. From here its bad, sorry! When compared to old, small, silent, cold temples of Dakshina Kannada (DK) this temple is too posh and does not evocate the 'bhakthi' in me. Though I had to pay my hard (? Earned 400 Rs on this 2 square inch transparent plastic piece, felt good after seeing that it perfectly fits the screen.
