Naar de inhoud springen. Alternatief voor de wervelplank voor intramuraal gebruik. In navolging van de reeds ingeburgerde wervelplank voor prehospitaal transport en immobilisatie van traumapatiënten is een variant ontwikkeld voor intramuraal gebruik. De aanleiding hiervoor was de beschreven verhoogde kans op decubitus en beperkingen in radiodiagnostiek door fixatie van de patiënt op een standaard wervelplank.

Alternative für das Spineboard in der Notfallaufnahme. Als Nachfolger des weit verbreiteten Spineboards für den mobilen Notfalleinsatz haben wir eine Version für die Verwendung im Krankenhaus entwickelt. Ausgangspunkt dieser Entwicklung waren die erhöhte Wahrscheinlichkeit von Dekubitalgeschwüren und die Einschränkungen bei radiologischen Untersuchungen durch die Fixierung des Patienten auf dem normalen Spineboard. Traumatras liefert die Lösung für die oben genannten Probleme.
