Here I can do 3-4 hours asana per day, study Philosophy and meditation in a beautiful and simple temple close to where I live. We have our own kitchen where we are staying which means we can make huge bowls of porridge in the morning, unfortunately there is no molasses here, though perhaps I haven’t looked hard enough!
