Las chipas de almidón, son un plato típico de Paraguay, como vivo en la frontera también lo tomamos como nuestro. Tiene algunas diferencias con el Pao de queijo de Brasil. La base de este plato es la fécula de mandioca (yuca, tapioca) Lo que lo hace apto para celíacos. 150 g de manteca. 1 kg de almidón (fécula) de mandioca. 400 ml de leche. 200 g de queso parmesano (u otro grana).
